SNCR - Certificate of Rural Property Registration
SNCR is a mobile application developed by Governo do Brasil that allows users to generate and access the Certificate of Rural Property Registration (CCIR) issued by Incra. This document is essential for transferring, leasing, mortgaging, dismembering, sharing, and obtaining bank financing. The certificate only contains registration data and does not legitimize ownership or possession rights.
This free app is available for Android users and can be used by both individual and legal type owners. The generated certificate is in pdf format, which requires a pdf reader to access. After issuing the CCIR, a button will appear to copy the barcode of the generated certificate to facilitate payment via the bank. This button will only be available for documents that are pending payment. It is important to note that the CCIR generated by the mobile application is identical to that generated through the WEB system.
